Account Deletion

We value your privacy. Here's how to delete your account and all associated data.

How to delete your account?

The easiest way is directly through the app:

  • Open the WayLoo app.
  • Go to the Settings section.
  • Click on Delete Account.
  • Confirm your choice.

If you don't have access to the app, you can request deletion via email (see below).

What data will be deleted?

Upon confirming the deletion, the following data will be immediately and irreversibly removed:

  • Your profile (email, name, user ID).
  • Your statistics (XP points, rank, number of restrooms found).
  • Your name associated with restrooms you've added (restrooms will remain on the map, but without any link to your deleted account).

Data Retention

Data will be removed from our production database immediately. It may remain in system backups for a maximum of 30 days before being permanently overwritten.
