Terms of Service

By accessing or using the WayLoo application ("App") or the website urinomapa.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

You must be at least 13 years old to use WayLoo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You may browse the map, add restroom locations, rate and review existing locations, and use the navigation features. The core service is free and no account is required for browsing.

You agree not to:

• Add false, misleading, or offensive restroom locations or reviews.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform or its APIs.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

WayLoo Pro is an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional features such as offline maps, advanced filters, and navigation Live Activities. The following subscription plans are available:

• WayLoo Pro Weekly — $1.99 per week, auto-renewing.
• WayLoo Pro Monthly — $3.99 per month, auto-renewing.

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Auto-renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment — Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings (iOS) or Google Play settings (Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
• Managing subscriptions — On iOS, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions to manage or cancel. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
• Price changes — Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price increases before they take effect and must agree to the new price to continue your subscription.
• Free trial — If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The trial will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

By adding a restroom location, review, or rating, you grant WayLoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App and Website. You confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time through the App.

Restroom locations and information are contributed by users and may not always be accurate, current, or complete. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WayLoo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on user-contributed data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings screen or by contacting support@urinomapa.com.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
